Visiting Our Restaurant

 

We are beyond excited to re-open our doors to the public. You can be assured we’ve taken all the necessary precautions to keep all of you and our employees safe – it’s our number one priority. We’ve held countless hours of meetings and trainings, written our own safety playbook, cleaned and cleaned and cleaned. Our teams have re-configured dining rooms and patios, and in some cases, added fun, new outdoor dining areas. We want you to feel comfortable, excited to venture out of your home to visit us, and bring back the joy of dining out into your lives. There’s nothing more satisfying than gathering around a table with loved ones over delicious food and drinks, so welcome back!

 

To help you prepare for your visit (whether it’s dining in or picking up takeout), we’ve created this fun guide for customer health and safety. Obviously, we need you to stay home if you’re feeling ill or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. If you’re not, there are a few things we need you to do or consider, so that you have an awesome and fun experience.

You might see our designated sanitation team member dashing here and there around the dining areas to keep surfaces sanitized. But we are also diligent in the background keeping you and our team members safe. We start with temperature checks as staff arrives to work. We maintain frequent hand sanitization standards and provide distance between workstations. Proper clothing, masks and hygiene are vital and anyone handling food is required to wear gloves. We are constantly thinking about new ways to improve our processes to keep our community safe!

 

Hospital-Grade UV-C Disinfection

As part of our commitment creating #saferspaces, hospital-grade UV-C is now part of our daily disinfection protocols at Loquita. The health and safety of our people remains our highest priority, and we are proud to be using this innovative technology to ensure our space is as safe as possible—not just today—but forever.

WELCOME BACK!

We are excited to welcome you back and to serve you again. We have taken the time to appropriately adjust our dining areas, to train our staff, and to modify our procedures. While things will look a little different, one thing is NOT—we continue to pursue our mission of providing outstanding hospitality, one guest at a time. Here’s a guide of what you can expect.

LET’S PLAN AHEAD!

We strongly encourage making a reservation in advance as this helps us with guest flow and capacity. For walk-ins, we’ll have a host at the entrance to put you into our reservation system or add you to a waitlist, and you will be notified by text when your table is ready. We often fill to capacity quickly so it is always best to reserve in advance.

BRING YOUR MASK!

Don’t leave home without it! You will need to wear your mask/face covering upon entering, exiting, using the restroom or anytime you are moving about the space. While seated at your table you may remove your mask and enjoy the hospitality. Our employees are wearing them too. It may look strange, but we’re smiling underneath.

SHINY, HAPPY HANDS!

It is always best to wash or sanitize your hands before entering the restaurant and to wash them often. We have hand-sanitizing stations visible in the space for your convenience and the disinfected restrooms are always ready for your use. Stay shiny, stay happy!

SOCIAL DISTANCE

It is amazing to be out and about again, but remember to stay 6 feet apart from those not in your party. To help us maintain distancing and flow, all members of your party must be present before seating so your host can walk you through the space at the same time. Be mindful of distancing as you move through the space.

ARE THE KIDS DINING WITH YOU?

We love your kids, but please keep them next to you at all times. This helps with social distancing, which we know can be hard for the little ones to understand.

WHAT’S ON THE MENU?

We use recyclable, single-use paper menus for you to peruse the daily offerings. Chalkboards and signs are used from time to time as well as QR codes for the mobile friendly.

WHAT’S ON THE TABLE?

Each seating area is cleaned and sanitized between uses. On request, we will leave a sanitized water carafe and wine bottle for you to pour yourselves. Got leftovers? No problem, we will present you with a takeout container for you to fill.

CHECK PLEASE!

After your check arrives, we will whisk your card away to quickly make the charge. We will return your card to you along with a sanitized pen. Our card readers are disinfected between each use.
